When you say "cooperative" think "condominium with community".
Vintage Cooperative is a community of active, independent seniors who own units individually and own the community areas jointly.

We enjoy maintenance-free living while, through the elected Board of Directors and volunteer committees, we oversee the maintenance and activities of the cooperative.
Cooperatives bring back the spirit of community and sociability. The participatory nature of a cooperative enhances the lives of its members and contributes to healthier living.
